Aoife has been my personal trainer since 2015. Over the years she has motivated me to maintain a consistent exercise routine. When I'm at my best, she's my cheerleader as I strive for goals. During more difficult times, she helps me maintain a low impact routine for self-care. She always listens to me and individualises my plan. Her positivity is both genuine and contagious. I'm also a regular at her yoga classes and workshops. She creates a fabulous inclusive space that caters for all abilities. The classes have helped me find an appreciation for what my body can do along with a lovely community. I never tried yoga until I met Aoife ! I tried her dance classes and she told be yoga would complement dance I was afraid I wouldn’t be flexible enough but Aoife reassured me that’s the people who need yoga the most. Now I can’t wait for every class and workshop and I have to say it’s changed my life! Aoife is a very special soul I always feel connected to myself, happy balanced and calm along with immense pride at the end of every session! What stands out for me is Aoife’s compassion and ability to connect with her students ! When I go to Aoife’s workshops I am more focused and grounded after. She has thought me to I breathe properly and use breathing during stressful times and situations. I feel I can handle better stress. I have way less pain in my lower back, chest and joints. I feel more flexible and less stiff, and I have a better posture. Thanks to Aoife I now love yoga, because it is teaching me to love myself. It is a beautiful feeling!

I started yoga a couple of years ago & wasn't sure what to expect. From the first class I felt very welcomed and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere. The online classes during covid were a lifesaver. We are very fortunate to have Aoife as an instructor, she is so passionate, creative, and patient. The classes are very inclusive & allow everyone to find their own level with continued support. The workshops are amazing, very relaxing & fun. I feel that the practice has changed me mentally & physically. I really look forward to every session.
